Meet the directors of Critical Turn – Carla Connolly and Katherine Meagher. We founded Critical Turn because we wanted to improve the working lives of Australia’s most critical workforces.
 

Every day, people across health, emergency services, national security, logistics and beyond perform complex, high-stakes work – often under pressure and outside of standard hours. It’s work that matters, but it can take a toll. We built Critical Turn to help change that.

 

This belief is grounded in our own experience. We bring deep expertise in high performance, behavioural design, adult learning and strategy. We use that experience to design practical solutions that help people perform, recover and lead well under pressure. Through Critical Turn, we’ve built a company that delivers credible, evidence-based support to the individuals and teams doing Australia’s most demanding work.
